After several years of practicing mindfulness, and consequently, self-healing, I now guide people to tap closer to their authentic selves. I assist people by helping them identify and target pain and stored trauma and get in touch with what I call their "God Energy". The guidance I provide is in mindfulness and confidence. Though related, they are separate.
Many confuse mindfulness with a state of eternal bliss or sitting often in meditation. It is not. Being mindful doesn't equate being happy, nor does it mean conducting constant spiritual practices. It simply means being aware of your Self and your mental and emotional state. Of course, being aware of how you're feeling will eventually empower you. The result thereof is a more fulfilling life with less reactive patterns and the potential to change your energy field out of self-awareness.
Another thing many people think is that confidence is how we put ourselves "out there" - from our posture to the way we talk and walk and communicate in general. It is not. Take it from a man that walks in heels, confidence is not what we portray to the world or how we express ourselves. It is an element of being, deep inside our core, that once we tap into, grants us freedom and a sense of power. If I were to only guide you in how to communicate your thoughts eloquently, have a straight posture, and walk with a sass, you would still not be genuinely confident at the end of the day. My intention is to create lasting change for myself and others, hence I go for the "inside job" approach. The way we then communicate with others, verbal and nonverbal, will also change.
